The GHCF Referral Cash Back Incentive

 Do you know anyone who can benefit from our health cash plan?

From January 1 to April 30 2011 recommend your friends/family members and get cash back for every new member that names you as their reason for joining.

 

You will receive £15 on the completion of each referral’s three-month qualifying period. Each referral must be over the age of 16 and under the age of 66.

Terms & Conditions

 

v       Referrals can only be made by existing members of GHCF who are paid up to date.

v       The referring member’s full name must be stated on the joining member’s application form.

v       Normal terms and conditions will apply to all new memberships.

v       Cash back is paid only on completion of new members’ three-month qualifying period.

v       For cash back to be paid all contributions up to the end of the qualifying period must have been paid by both the new and existing member.

v       Cash back will not be paid to the referring member if the new member has cancelled or is in the process of cancelling their membership.

v       Application forms must be completed by the joining member, not the referring member.

v       Each referral must be over the age of 16 and under the age of 66.

v       £15 cash back will not be paid if the new member is to join a company paid scheme.

v       The cash back offer is not open to businesses or employees who are involved in the introduction or signing up of new employee members from their company or related companies. However, introductions of friends and family members who are not involved with the company will qualify.
