What We Offer Personal Customers

Help manage your healthcare costs with our value for money health cashplan

How it works

You provide us with a small amount of money (currently from as little as £1.90 per week, depending on the level of plan you choose) and we provide you with the peace of mind that cash will be made available should you need to pay for medical treatment.

What is covered?

  • Dental and Optical - you can claim towards the cost of treatment, check-ups, dentures and repairs, sight tests, glasses and contact lenses
  • Physiotherapy and Osteopathy – you can claim towards the cost of treatment by a qualified and registered practitioner
  • Chiropractic and Acupuncture – you can claim towards the cost of treatment by a qualified and registered practitioner
  • Maternity Benefit – payable following birth at home or in hospital
  • Medical Specialist Fees - you can claim towards the cost of medical consultation fees
  • Hospital Day Surgery – payable for minor surgery procedures at registered UK hospitals
  • Hospital In-patient – payable for in-patient admission at a registered hospital anywhere in the world
  • Hospital In-patient – Partner and Child – payable for In-patient admission at a registered hospital anywhere in the world
  • Hospital Out-patient – payable per day for attendance at a registered UK hospital
  • Personal Accident – underwritten by Chubb, payable for a range of accidentally incurred injuries
  • Home Carer – payable towards the cost of a Social Services referred home carer

We also have two advisory helplines, provided by Europ Assistance, available to all members at no extra cost that provide:

1.  A Helpline for assistance with a range of personal crises and problems and a Homecall service to assist in finding a reliable tradesman or repairer for a variety of household emergencies.

2. Identity Theft Assistance with access to a dedicated specialist who is able to advise and guide you should you have concerns about being or becoming a victim of identity theft.

What you have to do

All it takes is for you to select the level of cover as outlined in our brochure that best suits your needs, then fill in and send us the application form which is available to download here. Once that’s done just make sure your payment reaches us on time each month, either by direct debit, in person or by post to our offices.

You then pay for your healthcare as normal then contact us to claim your reimbursement from us towards your costs.
